Relax with a nice 30 minute foot massage, release tension from plantar fasciitis, Hot towel wraps included. 

60 minute Customized massage to your body’s needs using what modality or modalities serve you best. 

90 minute Customized massage to your body’s needs using what modality or modalities serve you best. 

Hot Stone massage is a ancient practice using lava rock that is heated up to a soothing temperature to melt away stress and ease the muscle tension throughout the body using a number of rocks throughout the flow of the massage feel your body release unwanted tension with this amazing practice from head to toe. While using the stones I will provide you with your choice of relaxation or deep tissue massage.

Prenatal massage is a one hour massage session. Clients must lay on the sides of there body in a side line position. No Deep Tissue or Trigger Point for these sessions only a light to firm touch. Please make sure you provide me with any complications you’ve had during pregnancy If you are high risk a doctors note is needed. Thank you

This specific add on to your massage is for those who are seeking Deep tissue work . The Hypervolt percussion machine is a high impact device that breaks down tissue in stubborn areas while receiving your massage session of 60 to 90 minutes I will implement the device on areas needed.

Chose from a number of Essential Oils of your choice to add into your massage session. The oil will be added to the lotion to make your entire massage experience smell amazing.
